The ReadyCuyahoga website was jointly created by the Cuyahoga County Office of Emergency Management, the City of Cleveland Department of Public Safety, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, and the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Red Cross. Together, our organizations have pledged to work together to increase information sharing, communication, cooperation and collaboration in the field of emergency management. Our mission is to strengthen area-wide disaster coordination by sharing programs, policies, information, joint planning and training.
Cuyahoga County Office of Emergency Management
In accordance with the Emergency Operations Plan of Cuyahoga County, our mission is to protect lives, property, the environment, and the economy from the effects of disasters and emergencies through planning, preparedness, mitigation and emergency response and recovery operations. City of Cleveland, Department of Public Safety

American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principals of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
Cuyahoga County Board of Health
The Cuyahoga County Board of Health has a proud history of serving 57 cities, townships and villages across Northeast Ohio. We strive to protect and improve the health of county residents through education, promotion of healthy lifestyles, and disease and injury prevention to make our community a healthier place to live, work and play.
